Quiet, sunny 1bd, 1ba, about 1000 sf. Includes private NEWish washer/dryer, private deck overlooking the canyon and backyard garden. Private entrance, fireplace (decorative only). NEWish gas range and refrigerator. Laundry room is also a pretty big storage room. Central heating from the unit’s own gas furnace. Wood floors, there’s a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Renter would have to be comfortable with about 30 stairs to/from the unit. Walk-in closet in bedroom + 1 other closet. We live upstairs (but generally you won’t hear us and we won’t hear you). On clear days you can see the bay from the driveway level. With a 5 minute walk, you can see San Francisco and the Golden Gate bridge. Plenty of street parking. A little "village" is about a 4 minute drive away and it has multiple groceries, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Share our high-speed Internet.
