This gem is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, while is only a 5-minute drive from the grocery stores, 10 minutes from downtown, major hospitals, Rockridge Bart station, and 30 minutes from the Oakland International Airport. We would love to rent this place to someone who thinks of it as their own, is financially stable, and `preferably` looking for long-term accommodation.
