Our location is in Pico-Union, a diverse neighborhood just West of Downtown LA (just a 12 minute walk to all of the excitement that Downtown LA has to offer). This is a fantastic residential community sprinkled with old Victorians and historic manors from LA's early 20th Century heyday. .
