This is a beautiful, unfurnished one-bedroom apartment located between Melrose and Beverly, and Fairfax and La Brea. As I write now, I hear birds chirping and feel the cool breeze of the early evening. The apartment is an easy ten-minute walk from the Farmers' Market in one direction, and Fairfax Blvd, with its diverse shops, in another. There are a lot of restaurants within a two-mile radius of the apartment. The Pan Pacific Park is just two blocks away, and there's a nice little library on Gardner St., about a five-minute walk away. The apartment is in the quiet, rear of the building in a tree-lined street... Sorry, no pets are allowed in the building, and there's only street parking.
