5TH AVE – HOUSE RULES • No smoking inside the unit • No unauthorized pets Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. A minimum $300–$500 fee will be charged for any unauthorized pet, along with any additional cleaning or damage costs. • Cleaning Condition Guests are expected to return the unit in the same general condition as received. Excessive mess, trash, or stains beyond standard use will result in additional cleaning charges. • Damages Any damage to bedding, furniture, or property will be charged based on repair or replacement cost. • Utilities Utilities are included in rent up to a reasonable usage level. If the bi-monthly electricity bill exceeds $500 due to excessive appliance use, the excess may be shared among occupants. • Additional Guests The reservation includes only the number of guests listed at booking. Any additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur an extra fee. Unauthorized guests are not permitted and may result in additional charges, penalties, or immediate termination of the reservation without refund. • Respect for building and neighbors Please be mindful that this is a shared building. Any behavior that impacts other tenants (including noise, smoke, or disturbances) may result in additional fees or termination of stay.
