7-14-25 Update! We just received notice of a last minute move out which free's up a very nice small apartment with full kitchen. Rent is $1,995 all bills paid and we also have one parking spot available for an additional $95 per month. This is a private apartment not a shared room or house. All bills paid. We will have a video available shortly. Walking distance to UCLA. (Less than 1/3 of a mile by foot. Just over a tenth of a mile as the crow flies). Our building is unique in that it offers very small units that are affordable enough for a single student. No sharing necessary, but roommates are permitted in our larger units. This is not a house converted with shared areas. This is a proper apartment building with individual units. We've been successful at maintaining a quiet building providing a calm relaxing atmosphere where students can study and relax in the privacy of their own apartment. Units have heat but not air conditioning, windows with screens, limited access gates, onsite laundry, friendly, accessible and helpful adult onsite manager as well as an offsite senior manager. All bills paid including gas, electricity, water and trash. Tenant pays internet. Limited parking is available for $95 per month. VERY easy and stress free leasing process.
