4-26-26 Update We are offering early pre leasing on a first come first serve basis for the 2026-2027 school year. Most leases will begin July, August or September with a few exceptions in May and September. Walking distance to UCLA. (Approximately 5-7 minutes by foot, 1-2 minutes by scooter). No sharing necessary, but roommates are permitted in our larger units. This is not a house converted with shared areas. This is a proper apartment building with individual units. We've been successful at maintaining a quiet building providing a calm relaxing atmosphere where students can study and relax in the privacy of their own apartment. Units have heat but not air conditioning, windows with screens, limited access gates, onsite laundry, friendly, accessible and helpful adult onsite manager as well as an offsite senior manager. All bills paid including gas, electricity, water and trash. Tenant pays internet. We currently have one parking spot left which is likely assigned to unit 102 We currently have several options. Studios with full kitchens and small efficiencies without kitchens which come with a refrigerator and hot plate or microwave. (no sink). Our smallest non kitchen unit leases for $1,795 per month and our largest unit with a kitchen leases for $2,395. VERY easy and stress free leasing process.
