In 1895, a small manufacturing company specializing in adult work clothes opened in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. They introduced a children’s line with overalls that mimicked what fathers would wear. The line, OshKosh B’Gosh, grew steadily, and OshKosh became a household name. Although Oshkosh B’Gosh is now a subsidiary of Carter’s and the clothing is no longer made in Oshkosh, the manufacturer helped define the city.

Today Oshkosh is a picture-perfect city located on Lake Winnebago and along the Fox River in the heart of Wisconsin. With gorgeous lake and river views and a plethora of historic sites, your new Oshkosh apartment will have you smiling. Visit charming downtown Oshkosh, home to the Leach Amphitheater, the Grand Opera House, several festivals, events, and the Menominee Park Zoo.

Enjoy the beautiful landscape by going golfing at the Lakeshore Municipal Golf Course, cooling off at the Pollock Community Water Park, or by going fishing or boating. Oshkosh offers several boat launches, including Mill Street Boat Launch, the 24th Avenue Boat Launch, and several parks with boat launches, such as William Steiger Park, Rainbow Park, Menominee Park, and Fugleberg Park.
