The Vineyard Apartments for Rent

The Vineyard community is located in the far northwest corner of San Antonio, north of the Charles Anderson Loop 1604. It lies within zip code 78258. It is just a short distance south of Camp Bullis and is bounded by Huebner Road on the south and east, with no clear northern boundary.

The area has only recently been developed, with homes having all been built within the past 11 years. There are some areas where there are enormous homes of over 4,000 square feet; these structures sit on large pieces of property close to 1/2 acre or more. Throughout the rest of the community, houses range from over 2,000 square feet to close to 3,200 square feet. Most are contemporary style, and many have stucco exteriors. Along with these, there are some custom-built residences with Spanish tile roofs.

Although the area is quite far from the center of town, people living in the community do have the ability to enjoy a wealth of amenities at the Club at Sonterra Golf Course which is located a short distance away on Sonterra Boulevard. The club has some wonderful places for dining, some of which are informal and others which are quite formal. Several of the dining rooms offer Sunday Brunch, as well.

There is a state-of-the-art fitness center that has free weights and all of the high-end machines that one would expect to find in an elite fitness center. There is also a one-quarter mile outdoor omni-turf jogging track. The club has two golf courses: the North Course and Canyon Creek Course, as well as tennis.

There is also a kids’ club at the facility that includes a special building and a playground. The kids’ club has special children’s programs such mini camps, parents’ night out, moms’ club, and summer sports camps. Activities include movies, games, and arts and crafts.
