Rettig Place Apartments for Rent
Sitting in the shadow of Midland Memorial Hospital West and a block north of the Andrews Highway, Rettig Place is a quiet but well-connected neighborhood. Hop on that same highway and head west and find the Midland Rockhounds Professional Baseball field and the Nueva Vista Golf Club just over a mile down the road. Beyond that you are in mostly open farmland. Take the Andrews Highway to the east and head for downtown Midland with all of its shops, restaurants, and available services.
Rettig Place is in one of the older Midland sections, with most of the homes built in the 1940s to the late 1960s. The early houses were almost exclusively single family structures, some quite large. Later development of the area brought in large and small apartment buildings and complexes. The neighborhood and surrounding area are pedestrian friendly. To travel outside the local area, residents catch the E-Z Rider bus to get almost anywhere in Midland.

Also close to Rettig Place is the Midland Montessori School on Austin Street, to the south. The Fellowship Community Church is one block from the center of Rettig Place on North Midland Drive.
