The borders of the neighborhood are Caldera Boulevard on the north, North Midkiff Road on the west, Billingsley Boulevard on the east, and Texas 250 Loop Frontage Road. This is a neighborhood that has multi-family units and commercial enterprises, located northwest of downtown Midland.

Along with a variety of specialty shops and restaurants, this is the perfect place to spend an hour or the day.

Hogan Park Golf Course is one of the public golf courses in Midland. It is an easy drive from North Park. There are two separate courses, the first Quail Run which dates from 1959, is a more traditional style course with four tees on every hole. The Roadrunner Course has a links setup. Both of the courses are 18 holes and provide as much challenge as two generations of residents could want.
