Raintree is a neighborhood in eastern College Station, Texas, within Brazos County. This heavily wooded subdivision is located less than one half-mile east of the Earl Rudder Freeway, along Raintree Drive and Wilderness Drive. Although these are the neighborhood’s main streets, many courts and drives extend from them, creating a few dozen cul-de-sacs. Raintree is in the 77845 zip code area. The Horse Haven Estates subdivision is situated to the northwest, and the Emerald Forest neighborhood can be found to the south.
