Valley View Terrace Apartments for Rent(hide neighborhood information)
Southeast of downtown Nashville, Tennessee is the neighborhood of Valley View Terrace. The terrain here consists of rolling hills with a street layout that is essentially elliptical. There are two cul-de-sacs directed towards the center and a short street poking out from the ellipse to the northeast, accessing two more cul-de-sacs. The homes are medium sized ranch, split-level and colonial types. There are not many trees lining the streets, but the backyards are heavily wooded. The neighborhood is isolated and can be accessed only by a single road off the southern part of the ellipse.
Nearby Father Ryan High School is a Catholic diocesan school situated on 40 acres. The peaceful layout resembles a junior college campus with an academic building, an administrative cloister and a field house containing sports facilities.
The family operated Whitt’s Barbeque has been voted “Best of Nashville” in the Nashville Scene every year since 1988.
