Una neighborhood is located to the south of Nashville International Airport just off Old Murfreesboro Road and Smith Springs Road. The neighborhood is a mixture of older established frame homes on large lots combined with local businesses and churches nearby in a rural setting.
Residents of Una have immediate access to Murfreesboro Pike, a major roadway that connects to Briley Parkway and Interstate 24, providing quick access to area restaurants, shopping venues, hotels and attractions.
Una’s proximity to nearby outdoor recreational facilities provides residents an abundance of choices in entertainment. To the north of Una is Elm Hill Marina and Nashville Shores Park. To the east are Suggs Creek public use area, Cooks Public Use Area, J Percy Priest Reservoir, Long Hunter State Park. and Cedars of Lebanon State Park.

Residents who enjoy a round of golf have a choice of Harpeth Hills Golf Course a well-maintained public course near Percy Warner Park and the Old Natchez Country Club. Radnor Lake Natural Area and Wildlife Refuge, located west of Una, is only 15 miles away. The refuge is home to an abundance of wildlife, birds, plants, flowers and an 85-acre lake. The refuge is open for hiking and both wildlife and scenic observation.
