The General Jackson, a very large showboat provides its guests with scenic cruises down the Cumberland River. The cruises have a variety of wonderful entertainment and delicious food. The showboat is a very historic symbol in Nashville and is named after the first steamboat to sail on the Cumberland River in 1817.
