With prestigious Belmont University to the west and Sevier Park to the south, the Sunnyside neighborhood of Nashville offers residents many amenities in a great atmosphere. A short drive east is the Nashville Zoo and Seven Oaks Disc Golf Course. A bit farther east is a great water and outdoor activities area – J. Percy Priest Reservoir, with a commercial water park and great state park in addition to many public use and protected areas.
Vanderbilt University and Peabody College are less than five miles away.
