This Memphis subdivision is one of the largest in the Bartlett community and is situated northeast of the intersection of Interstate 40 and the Interstate 240 Memphis Beltway. The streets of this community connect with Bartlett Boulevard on the west and Elmore Road on the south, with Ivanhoe Road stretching around the northern and eastern sides of the subdivision.

This large neighborhood is one of the older and more established subdivisions in the Bartlett area. While the homes in this community demonstrate a variety of architectural styles common during the latter half of the 20th century, many of the interiors have been updated in recent years.

Nearby places of worship include First Baptist Church Bartlett, St. Elisabeth’s Episcopal Church, St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Cross Way Church, and Bartlett United Methodist Church.

Students in this neighborhood attend Altruria Elementary School, Elmore Park Middle School and Bartlett High School. All of these schools are part of the Shelby County School District.
