The neighborhood is only minutes south of the John Patrick Turnpike.

The city park is a wildlife refuge that offers family hikes through woods and grasslands, and education in the natural history of the area at a well-designed nature center. For joggers and dog walkers, Lake Hefner, about a mile to the southeast, has trails with water views.

Country Hollow is a well-designed suburban development that was built with young families in mind. It remains a pleasant community on Oklahoma City’s north side.
