The Oklahoma City neighborhood of Musgrave is bounded by Northeast 83rd Street to the north, Wilshire Boulevard to the south, North Kelly Avenue to the east, and Musgrave Boulevard to the west. This residential community is a mix of single-family homes, apartments, and multi-unit duplexes. Friendly and affordable, its residents tend to be younger singles and new families.

Located with easy access to the Northwest Expressway and I-44, the shopping center of Penn Square Mall is popular with Musgrave and other Oklahoma City residents. From mainstream retailers to eclectic boutiques, the mall offers plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Dickinson Theater is one of its amenities.

Musgrave residents have access to plenty of outdoor recreation options as well. Among area parks are Britton, with playground and picnic areas; Grand Boulevard with ball fields and trails, as well as playground and picnic areas; and Broadway Park, with miles of biking and hiking trails.

Another local asset that many Musgrave residents enjoy is Lake Hefner, named for the former mayor of Oklahoma City, Robert A. Hefner. This extensive recreational facility offers the lake, which covers 2,500 acres, and provides great fishing and boating.

The south side of the lake offers natural forestland along its shore. On the south side of the lake are the Oklahoma Docks, which is the largest marina on the lake. On the east side is a smaller private marina, owned by the Oklahoma City Boat Club, which hosts summer sailboat racing. On the south side is the YMCA Sailing Center.

Lake Hefner also offers nearly 10 miles of bike trails around the lake and a golf course to the southwest. Stars and Stripes Park, a favorite among the preschool set, features playground equipment, barbecue pits, and picnic areas.
