Tuttle West Neighborhood

Tuttle West is a new, upscale neighborhood with large contemporary homes, luxury condos, and apartments. The neighborhood is conveniently located near several recreational and shopping areas. Tuttle West is bound by Rings Road, Interstate 270, Hayden Run Road, and Avery Road.

Llewellyn Farms Park and Heritage Trail Metro Park provide access to the Heritage Rail-Trail System. The Dublin Community Recreational Center sits about five miles north. DCRC offers programs for all ages, a pool and fitness center, tracks, and the Abbey Theater.

A truly wild area in the heart of town is Hayden Falls. The 25-foot waterfall and gorge runs through rugged country on its way to the Scioto River. Indian Run Falls is another great waterfall in Dublin.

Dublin also offers 96 miles of bike paths that run through some of the city’s best natural and historic areas. The Dublin Art Council promotes art features around town, making for interesting rides and hikes.

Golf courses, both public and private, are everywhere. After all, Jack Nicklaus, one of the world’s most famous golfers, grew up in Columbus. The Golf Club of Dublin, just north, is a private club with a British feel. Powell and Wilson Road are two nearby public courses. Golfers will also appreciate the nearby Ables Golf on Avery, a neighborhood place to take lessons from one of Ohio’s best pro golfers.

Shopping is quite convenient, with the popular Mall at Tuttle Crossing lying just east of the neighborhood. Macy’s, JC Penney, and Sears, along with many specialty stores, also occupy the area.

Columbus State Community College has a campus in Dublin, and Ohio State University sits nearby.
