Polaris North Neighborhood

Polaris North is a newer neighborhood in Columbus, Ohio. The boundaries of the neighborhood are South Old State Road to the west, I-71 to the east, East Powell Road to the north, Polaris Parkway and Gemini Place to the south. It is located north of downtown and being located just west of the I-71 there is easy access to the city. Public bus transportation is available on the streets along the borders of the neighborhood. The homes in this neighborhood are single-family detached homes, condos and townhouses. They were all constructed in the last twenty years. Several different small neighborhoods comprise the larger neighborhood. There are sidewalks and wide streets. Open spaces and greenways surround the homes. It has the look of a planned community.
