Arlington Park is a predominantly residential community northeast of the city of Columbus, Ohio. It is part of Franklin County with a zip code of 43211. Arlington Park is bordered by Mock Road, Agler Road, and Parkwood Avenue.
Mock Park is directly to the southeast of the Arlington Community, and Alum Creek runs alongside for relaxing family activities. The community is well established and mature trees line the streets. Two- and three-bedroom homes are available in the community for as low as $10,000 to $70,000 with a few in the $130,000 range.
The median selling price for homes in Arlington was $27,000 for the end of 2010. The number of available homes for sale has dropped slightly in the last year, but affordable options can still be readily found. Arlington Park is also near the Ohio Expo Center and State Fair grounds, which provide a wealth of activities for all ages throughout the year. The city of Columbus itself is to the west of the community. Also to the west is Ohio State University, with educational and recreational activities for everyone.
