Fairway North is northeast of downtown Raleigh. Its boundaries are Wallingford Drive on the east side, New Hope Road on the south, Hollenden Drive on the west, and Pebble Beach Drive on the north.

Residents are often seen out for a walk or teaching kids to ride bikes in Fairway North. Tree-lined streets, with lots of mature hardwoods and cedars, add shade and beauty to the clean buildings and landscaped lots of the neighborhood. The streets are quiet because the roads in the area are designed to funnel traffic to main arterial roads keeping the residential road less traveled.

Commuting to work any where within the three main cities of the Piedmont Triad is made easy because the neighborhood is close to Interstate 540. Getting to downtown Raleigh is easy with state routes 401 and 1 running very near Fairway North as well.

Raleigh has a lot to do. Cameron Village entertainment district is a wonderful place to park the car and spend the day shopping, dining, and enjoying the night life in an open-air environment. The Capital District offers a walk though an architectural show place of government and historic building with cafés and shops of all flavors. The North Carolina Museum of Art has been collecting since 1947 and has exhibition space for many different styles and mediums of art.

North Carolina and golf are often in the same sentence, and Fairway North is close to the action. The Northridge Country Club is a member’s only, full-service country club with two 18-hole courses on 400 acres. Hedingham Golf Club is a semi-private course, minutes from Fairway North, complete with a practice facility and driving range.
