Permanent seating for the ball fields and concessions is available, along with restrooms.

Arbor Chase is only a short drive from downtown Raleigh, where residents can enjoy a choice of many restaurants, bars, museums, theaters, historic sites, and city parks. Raleigh also has many community events, as well as sporting and cultural events. The proximity of the city is an advantage to residents of the Arbor Chase neighborhood.
