The one thing that sets Monroe Apts above the rest is its staff. Like with any good product, the salesperson is the key. And that's the staff. The staff here is 2nd to none. They are smart, intelligent, and above all, dedicated to being here for the tenants and providing a good product for tenants at all times. Additionally, they all have a wonderful sense of humor which is a must in today's world and today's economy. They are also quick with taking care of problems that might arise. I vividly recall instances when I had a problem and it was solved almost immediately. It also shows in the way they keep the place clean and neat. This is due to the fact there is a walk-through every morning to pick up all trash and to place it in the dumpsters that are empted on a regular basis. I found that the rates for rent are fair and competitive. I have never heard of a complaint about rent being too high! Above all I feel safe here and at ease. It's well lighted and secure. This is always a plus in today's world. I walked everyday here and I feel safe at all times. One more thing that I must mention, and that is parking. It's ample and more than enough. All park areas are large, spacious, and well-lighted. All of these things and more make for a great experience. But the main thing is the staff--they make it all possible!
