Edgewater Park Apartments for Rent(show city information)
As the name implies, Edgewater Park is located on the edge of the Delaware River, 16 miles northeast of Philadelphia. This picturesque township has beautiful views of the river and several community parks. It is near some of the oldest historic sites in New Jersey.
Incorporated in 1880, Edgewater Park has several historic sites, including Coopertown Meeting House, built around 1802. But that is relatively new compared to nearby Burlington City, established in 1677. This small city has over 40 historic sites, including the first library in New Jersey, opened in 1758. It also has the country’s oldest residence, Revell House, built in 1685. Benjamin Franklin is rumored to have stopped at the Revell House on his way to Philadelphia.
Edgewater Park is across the river from Pennsylvania’s Neshaminy State Park, a 330-acre park with swimming pools and picnic areas, and just seven miles from Rancocas State Park, one of New Jersey’s most popular parks.
Edgewater Park apartments give residents access to the history, beauty, shopping, and culture of Philadelphia, located on the lovely and historic Delaware River.
