Westfield Apartments for Rent

Westfield is an extremely small neighborhood of only about 150-200 residents with an average annual family income of around $20,000 per year. With the East to West Expressway within a mile to the south and Interstate 4 only a few miles to the East, Westfield is only a short commute from a wide variety of area venues. A short drive from the area will take commuters to Disney World, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and even Amway Arena, home of the Orlando Magic.

In addition to excellent freeway access, Westfield is positioned close to several different recreation options. Just a few miles south down Tampa Avenue are two area parks — Lizzie Rogers Park and George Baker Park. Lizzie Rogers is directly across the street from Orange Center Elementary School. Few amenities exist at this park, but it does have a large playground that area children enjoy. The bigger park is a little farther south on the same road.

George Baker Park is located to the southeast of the recreation fields for Jones High School at the very end of Tampa Avenue. The park has a large playground, sand volleyball court, and several large docks that go far out onto Clear Lake. These docks provide excellent vantage points for viewing area wildlife, as well as for fishing. Most days, fishermen are hanging out on the docks sharing their stories of catches past.

Basketball courts are located on the east side of the park. Public boat access is also possible from the park, and it is common to see Clear Lake filled with boaters for both recreation and fishing. The park also has several covered pavilions that are commonly used for family picnics.
