Behind Hunters Vista is a large trail that is used by many cyclists and hikers in the area. The trail goes deep into Shingle Creek Park. There are no amenities in the area, but plenty of trees. The trail provides excellent scenery for anyone who is looking to get out and enjoy nature. Many come out here to look for birds, take pictures, and just enjoy the long stretches of trail.

Hunters Vista is also located close to many of the biggest attractions in the Orlando area. By taking the Florida Greenway to Interstate 4, residents are able to quickly access major destinations, such as Disney World, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, Aquatica, Wet and Wild, and Universal Studios. These destinations are popular with area residents as well as tourists visiting from around the world.
