Crestview Apartments for Rent(hide neighborhood information)
Crestview is a Mobile, Alabama, neighborhood. A branch of the Dog River, Halls Creek creates the southwestern boundary of Crestview. At the intersection of this and Interstate 10, another boundary leading to the northeast is formed by the Interstate. The northernmost point of this neighborhood is the Skyline Plaza Shopping Center.
Crestview Park gives this neighborhood its name. Located on Roland Drive, this park offers local residents a nearby playground, picnic grounds, and areas for sports such as basketball, baseball, and tennis.
Most of the residential areas in Crestview are located on interior roads between Halls Mill Road and Government Boulevard, also known as Teal Lane or Spanish Trail. These two exterior roads provide a main passageway for area traffic, giving businesses a place to call home here, too. Government Boulevard leads directly into downtown Mobile. This gives Crestview residents about a 15 minute drive to the heart of the city, at less than 10 miles.
Pala Verde Mobile Home & RV Park gives campers a place to stay in this neighborhood. This is conveniently located across Government Boulevard from http://www.apartmentfinder.com/Off-Campus-Housing/Alabama/Apartments-Near-Bishop-State-Community-College Family Fun Center for some fun with miniature golf, and the Westgate Village Shopping Center, as well as a number of restaurants and other essentials.
Bishop College has a location just off of Halls Mill Road, on Dauphine Island Parkway. Here its Southwest Campus offers courses in truck driving. This eight-week class gives students expertise in driving commercial vehicles. This is one of five campus locations.
The residential areas here are well wooded with lots of beautiful trees. Lots are nicely sized for a fair sense of privacy.
