We are the next best thing to living on campus at the University of South Alabama, without all those on-campus rules and regulations (bring your pets, no meal plan, pick your own roommate, etc.). We are not your typical student property; while we love our students and market to USA continuously, we definitely do not have an Animal House vibe going on. We are not the least expensive nor the most expensive...we stay in the middle and provide excellent value for your (or your parents') money. Our residents rave about the location. Everything is easy to get to from here. Perfect location for serious students to continue their studies. Within a mile of University of South Alabama campus but miles away from campus distractions. Residents enjoy the Wi-Fi and the fitness center. Enjoy the South Alabama Jags...we are looking forward to construction of the new stadium for Jaguar football. There are always events at the USA's Mitchell Center to attend.
