  • The HIll is a pet friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the pet stations throughout the property, you will and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.Our pet fee is $500 for one pet or $600 for two and pet rent is FREE. We allow up to two pets per apartment. Best of all, we don't have a weight limit at our community. We do, however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)Please stop by the leasing office whe.
