Forced air heat, A/C, Upon approval, the HOA requires tenant schedule an orientation with HOA manager ($143.42), as well as a non-refundable security fee ($202) to be paid to the HOA for move in and move out reservations for the elevator and security during move in. This fee also covers the move out security detail when the time comes. IWM charges a non-refundable $300 admin fee due upon move-in, proof of tenant liability insurance due prior to move-in. 12 month lease preferred. $300 non-refundable admn. fee due upon move in, $1500 refundable security deposit, which includes the holding deposit of $400.00. We use an independent, third-party pet screening vendor for all our tenant prospects. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies we require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process regardless of having a pet or animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and accurate pet / animal records. There is a nominal fee for a household pet screening Pet Profile.
