The living area includes a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a record player. Relax on the beautiful orange leather couch, watch TV, or admire the view from the big windows. Step out onto the balcony to take in the city from a whole new perspective. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for $30 each, depending on availability, and guests have the option to pay a daily fee of $5 for gated parking. Pets are welcome at an additional fee already included in the price. A $500 fine will be charged for smoking or vaping inside the apartment. Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. Engaging in illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents will be charged at replacement cost, plus a $300 damage fee. Please respect quiet hours from 8 PM to 7 AM. A $200 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged gate remote, and a $50 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged parking tag.
