Additional fees will apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway, additional street parking is available.
