This home is conveniently located 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants, 10 minutes from outlet shopping, and 15 minutes from the Navy Base. Additional fees apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). Pets must not be left alone, must be picked up after in the yard, and are not allowed on furniture or beds; evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total without notifying the host, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property; any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro-rated) late check-out fee. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome with a fee of $99. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning & sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. Guests are required to maintain a reasonable volume during quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking is not allowed on the property, doing so will incur a $250 fine.
