Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered, but it doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay. A lost FOB/Access Card replacement costs $250, and a replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy.
