In-unit conveniences include a dryer for a hassle-free stay and a clean and well-appointed full bathroom stocked with starter supplies for your convenience. Parking is available in your designated space, and it is important to display your permit to avoid being towed. The seasonal pool is for registered guests only. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels and washcloths are not provided. Signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in, and guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
