The apartment includes one full bathroom. Stay active in the fully equipped fitness center or get work done in the quiet, professional business center. When it’s time to unwind, relax by the cozy shared fireplace. Enjoy hassle-free parking for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Enjoy the seasonal pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, available daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. Nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, the apartment offers a relaxing retreat while keeping you close to the action. Just minutes away, the vibrant Clarendon and Court House areas boast a diverse selection of restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, ensuring plenty of dining and entertainment options during your stay. It's just a short walk from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations, providing quick and easy access to Washington, D.C., and the surrounding areas. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, costing $50, with the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft, or lost items, and damage not reported during the stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
