Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability at a cost of $50, with the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine and parties on the property also incur a $300 fine. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage up to $300 per stay, but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damage exceeding $300. Lost FOB/Access Cards are charged at $250 and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Washcloths are not provided and sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
