Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property are charged a $300 fine. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability for $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM.
