Parking is available for $20 per night with only one parking spot. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Enjoy the seasonal pool available daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. The neighborhood is quiet and full of families, close to Clarendon/Court House which has lots of restaurants. Blocks away from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with full names and valid ID presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability for a cost of $50, with the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage up to $300 per stay but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damage to personal items. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
