Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed; the company is not responsible for towed vehicles. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property are charged a $300 fine. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability for $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay. A lost FOB/Access Card replacement costs $250, and a replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy.
