Step into this bright and modern 2-bedroom apartment, thoughtfully decorated to be your comfortable and stylish home away from home. Enjoy incredible views of the Arlington skyline right from your apartment. Unwind in comfortable bedrooms designed for a restful night's sleep and relax in a welcoming living area with a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. Includes a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Parking is available, but please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. The pool is not available for this season. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels and washcloths are not provided. Your apartment is in the heart of Ballston, a dynamic and highly walkable urban neighborhood in Arlington, perfect for both business and leisure. Enjoy world-class dining with inventive tacos at Taco Bamba, a health-conscious menu at True Food Kitchen, and authentic Spanish cuisine at SER Restaurant. Experience vibrant bars and nightlife at WHINO, The Bronson Bierhall, and Rustico. You are just a short, easy Metro ride from The National Mall, all the Smithsonian Museums, and the iconic monuments. Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy, with a Walk Score of 93. You are just a short walk to both the Virginia Square and Ballston Metro Stations, offering a quick and direct ride to downtown Washington, D.C. This is a walker's paradise with Ballston Quarter, dozens of restaurants, and shops just a short stroll away. Enjoy a run or bike ride on the famous Mount Vernon Trail along the Potomac River, just a short distance away. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and hot food bar is located nearby. Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and must be completed before arrival. Signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in, and guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations, with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 and the latest departure time of 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. If you experience any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.
