As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities, including a seasonal pool open from 11 AM to 8 PM, a fully equipped gym, a business center, and a shared fireplace lounge. On-site parking for one vehicle is available for a nightly fee of $20. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. Noise policy prohibits loud music and parties, with violations potentially resulting in fines from building management. Parking is available in your designated space with a permit to avoid being towed. Pool access is for registered guests only. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
