The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay, and a clean and modern full bathroom stocked with starter supplies for your convenience. Parking is available in your designated space, and you must display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability at a cost of $50, with the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage up to $300 per stay, but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damage exceeding $300. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. A laptop computer is not included.
