The outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and no events or parties are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed at the property. Ensure you check out by the agreed time to avoid a $250 late check-out fee. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Failure to check out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, with a minimum charge of $500 for the disruption.
