Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability at a cost of $50, with the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. A damage waiver fee is included in the reservation to cover accidental property damage, but it does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Washcloths are not provided.
