The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay and a clean and modern full bathroom stocked with starter supplies for your convenience. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the beautiful community pool, open seasonally from 11 AM to 8 PM. Stay active in the building's fully equipped gym and make use of the business center, a dedicated work-friendly space with all the essentials for productivity. On-site parking for one vehicle is available for a nightly fee of $20. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in fines from building management. Parking is available only in your designated space, and a permit must be displayed to avoid being towed. The seasonal pool is for registered guests only. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with full names and valid ID, presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 and the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB/access cards cost $250 to replace, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300.
