All three bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds, with a TV in the master for a relaxing stay. The welcoming living area includes a cozy sofa bed and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay, and two clean and modern bathrooms add to the comfort. Parking is available in your designated space, and it is important to display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. The pool is not available for this season. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations, with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. You are just a short walk to both the Virginia Square and Ballston Metro Stations, offering a quick and direct ride to downtown Washington, D.C. This is a walker's paradise with Ballston Quarter, dozens of restaurants, and shops just a short stroll away. Enjoy a run or bike ride on the famous Mount Vernon Trail along the Potomac River, just a short distance away. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and hot food bar is located nearby. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. Signing the Rental Agreement is also required before check-in, and guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement is completed. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 and the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
