The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, 1 queen bed in the first room, 2 queen beds in the second room, 2 full bathrooms, a gym, a business center, and a library. Parking is available for a fee of $20 per night, with only 1 parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, and additional guests can be checked in for an extra supplement. The neighborhood is quiet and full of families, and it is close to Clarendon/Court House, which has lots of restaurants. You are just blocks away from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
