Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and hosting a party on the property is charged a $300 fine. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property; IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. In case of damage, it is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. In case of any damage, which is NOT covered by the Damage waiver fee will be charged: Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.) Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy.
