The serene master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed for a relaxing stay, while the spacious second bedroom offers another cozy queen-size bed. The comfortable living area is a welcoming space with a cozy sofa bed and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Parking is available, but please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. The pool is not available for this season. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and hot food bar is located nearby. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 and the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
