The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay, and the modern bathroom is stocked with starter supplies for your convenience. Parking is available, but please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. Pool access is for registered guests only. Violations may result in fines from building management. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, with full names and valid ID presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 and the latest departure time of 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and lost parking tags cost $200–$300. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
