The serene master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a relaxing tub, and a dedicated desk. The second bedroom offers a cozy and private space with another comfortable queen-size bed and direct access to the second bathroom. The comfortable living area is a welcoming space with a cozy sofa bed and a TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a dining area, and all the essentials you need. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Parking is available, but please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Pentagon City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. You are just a short walk from the Pentagon City Metro Station, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away, making for a stress-free commute. You are right next to the iconic 18-mile Mount Vernon Trail, perfect for a scenic bike ride, run, or walk along the Potomac River. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and Starbucks is located right at Pentagon Row. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The pool is not available for this season. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Unfortunately, we do not provide washcloths. Please feel at home and keep household items inside the house. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. The damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to objects and equipment made available for your use, but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards and replacement for lost parking tags cost $200–$300, per building policy. Smoking inside and parties on the property incur a fine. Don't forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving; your cooperation is essential to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. The serene master bedroom features a dedicated desk, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
