You are just a short walk from the Pentagon City Metro Station, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. Package deliveries (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property address are not allowed. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. All members staying must register with a photo ID on the same day as check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process, as the building only allows access to registered guests. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as this is a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties) and damage caused by the violation of the rental policy (such as violating a no-smoking policy) are not covered by the damage waiver fee. Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. A fine will be charged for smoking inside and for parties on the property.
