The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a dining area, and all the essentials you need. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Parking is available, but please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Smoking is not allowed indoors and may result in a fine. Please avoid excessive noise as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards and replacement for lost parking tags cost $200–$300 per building policy. Smoking inside and parties on the property will incur a fine.
