Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Pentagon City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. You are just a short walk from the Pentagon City Metro Station, putting all of D.C.'s landmarks at your fingertips. The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away, making for a stress-free commute. You are right next to the iconic 18-mile Mount Vernon Trail, perfect for a scenic bike ride, run, or walk along the Potomac River. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and Starbucks is located right at Pentagon Row. A brief guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. Be aware of a renovation project in the adjacent retail space from Nov 14, 2024, to Jan 25, 2025, which may cause occasional noise on weekdays. The pool is not available for this season. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A Damage Waiver Fee is included to cover accidental damage to items within the property, but it is mandatory to report any damage caused during your stay for the coverage to be valid. The waiver does not cover intentional damage, damage due to rental policy violations, damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles or personal items, theft, lost items, or unreported damages. Additional charges include $250 for lost FOB/Access Cards, $200–$300 for replacement of lost parking tags, a $300 fine for smoking inside the property, and a $300 fine for hosting unauthorized parties.
